Raspeballer is a traditional Norwegian dish that goes well with salted mutton, sausage and bacon - also pairs perfectly with Kålrabistappe. Easy to like, easy to make!
Preparation:
1. Mix the contents of the bag with 3 dl of cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes.
2. Form the raspe balls (6-8 pcs.) and put them in 10 dl of boiling stock or TORO Broth.
3. Let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
potato 57%,barley flour, potato starch, wheat flour, salt, rapeseed oil, emulsifier (monoglyceride), antioxidant (sodium diphosphate, ascorbyl palmitate, sodium disulfite), spices.
