Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If your product has issues due to a packaging error, we will issue a full or partial for the products damaged. The customer must provide photos of the faults and damages.

Any products that are damaged due to heat or the cold will not be refunded. Temperatures in varies throughout the country and it is the recipients responsibility to take into account when ordering. We advise to select the proper shipping method based on your judgment.
