1. Empty the baking mix into the baking bowl. Put in 1.25 cups (3 dl) of lukewarm water approximately 98.6 degrees F (37 degrees C) and 3.5 tablespoons (50 g) of melted butter.
2. Mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough for 5 minutes in a food processor with a kneading hook at medium speed. (Don't have a food processor? Use lukewarm water and knead by hand for a minimum of 10 minutes).
3. Shape the dough into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4. Let the dough rise, covered, for 40 minutes. Put the bowl with the dough in a warm place.
5. Bake at 225°C (top and bottom heat) on the middle rack for approx. 8 min.

Buns left over? No problem. Pack them in plastic bags and freeze them. Just leave them to thaw in the bag on the counter when you need to use them again. Warm them up just before they are to be enjoyed. Recommended: In the oven at 212 degrees F (100˚C) for 10 min.
