Directions:
1. Set the oven to 392°F (200°C) (top and bottom heat).
2. Stir together to form a smooth batter: – Muffin mix – .6 cups or 11 tbsp (1.5 dl) water – .45 cups or 7 tbsp (1 dl) of liquid margarine.
3. Spread the batter in approximately 12 medium-sized muffin tins, about 3/4 full.
4. Bake on the middle rack for approx. 15 min. Toward the end of the baking time, check whether the muffins are done by inserting a skewer or the like. in the center of the muffin. If the needle is free of liquid batter, the muffins are ready.
Ingredients: Sugar, wheat starch(gluten-free),eggs, skimmed milk, rice flour, raising agent (baking powder (sodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate, calcium phosphate)), salt, vanillin, thickener (xanthan gum), coloring (carotenes)
