Since 1960, Samî-inspired meatballs in sauce have been on the market, with a unique history from the box to the type of meat used. In the past, reindeer meat was more cost-effective than beef, thus leading to its selection. Recently, in 2021, the product was renamed to Vilti as a sign of respect for the Samî people.
